The preparation is structured to build your subject foundation and develop the essential skills necessary for your research success.
PART II
Onsite Research Camp
July 4th to July 17th 2026
Spend 2 weeks at the National University of Singapore (NUS) working directly with our professors to develop, defend, and publish research that stands out.

Weekend Module 1
Welcome Session & AI Seminars
The AI-themed weekend provides students with a comprehensive introduction to artificial intelligence from both technological and human perspectives.
On-Site NUS Campus
Week 1
Research Design & Analysis
Students refine their research methods, collect and analyse data, and begin shaping a coherent analytical framework.
On-Site NUS Campus
Weekend Module 2
University Pathways Seminars
Positioned in the later stage of the on-site research phase, this module invites students to reflect on their academic development and explore how interdisciplinary learning and research experiences are evaluated in university admissions.

Week 2
Research Development
Students complete full draft writing, undergo multiple rounds of review, and prepare for final oral defense. Professor ensures academic rigor and publication-level standards; RA supports revision and presentation practice.

End Of Week 2
Capstone Presentation & Defense
Students share how their ideas evolved into structured research projects, reflecting on challenges, decisions, and growth along the way. Parents are invited to attend, allowing them to engage with both the research outcomes and the learning process behind them.

Week 3 to 6
Paper Revision & Completion
Students continue revising their papers with RA support, incorporating faculty feedback to strengthen arguments, methodology, and presentation.

Paper Publication Support
After submission of the first full draft, students may receive tailored publication support based on paper quality and individual publication goals. Support duration varies depending on the journal level.

Go home with a 1. Publication-ready research paper. 2. Recommendation letter based on your research performance and final defense. 3. Real research experience that strengthens your university application beyond what a standard summer programme can offer.
